Brad and I took Skye to a park in Edmonton's river valley and they had some paddle boats that you could rent. Both Brad and I thought this would be a great idea and that Skye would LOVE it.
NOT!
This was Skye mad that she had to have this thing strapped around her
Pretty much she cried the whole time (15 mins) which was really embarrassing for Brad and I as everyone was out there to enjoy nature. We had 5 more minutes of paddle time but decided we better cut our loses and head to shore.
This part of the weekend was tons of fun. Skye and I headed to a friends engagement party and of course I used this as an excuse to dress her up in one of her pretty dresses.
The only bad part was every time I turned away from Skye she had hiked her dress up over her head. Do other little girls do this or just mine?

Hayley pulls up her dresses all the time, too. And today, while shopping, I came around a clothes rack and found her with her little shorts around her ankles. What the heck???
